Staffing & Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Join Our Growing Team in Texas!

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing & Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and incentives.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Manage the full hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records.
  • Evaluate staffing software solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet staffing needs.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (training provided for suitable candidates)
  • Strong clerical and technical skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and HR tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • Ability to work in-office
