What You'll Do:

  • Manage staff scheduling to meet diverse client needs.
  • Ensure 24/7 staff training and availability.
  • Utilize HHAeXchange software and other technology tools.
  • Cultivate strong client and employee relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in home health care scheduling
  • 1+ year of experience with HHAeXchange software (essential)
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma/GED
